Fraudsters took damaged video cards out of cases, tinted their chipsets and repackaged them for sale under the guise of new ones. The full scope of the scheme is unclear, as the covered warehouse may be just one of several locations used by the criminal network. During the raid, the security forces counted equipment worth $2 million.
